SOURCE DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY

SAD RISK ASSESSMENT

 

The contents of the risk assessment sheets were extracted from the SAD.  They represent the most pressing safety concerns and describe the severity, probability, and categorization of risks both before and after mitigation.  Categorizations are based on the "Hazard (or Risk) Assessment Matrix" from ES&H Standard 1.3.3.  The situations reviewed in this manner are summarized in the following table with references to the relevant sections of the SAD.
